Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is an effective treatment for mental health concerns such as anxiety and depression. CBT involves challenging negative thinking styles and behaviors through development of personal coping strategies.

Executive function coaching is focused support for students and/or professionals who would like to improve the way they organize and complete tasks. We work to develop a specific plan to improve executive function skill deficit areas. I work mainly with students from high school through college and professionals, of any age, who are motivated to make change in these areas.
